Low-cost Spay / Neuter Surgeries
Spay/neuter is THE answer to the over-population problem and resulting euthanasia of cats and dogs simply because there aren't enough homes.
Just as importantly, spay/neuter makes your pet healthier and happier.
Prices include the surgery, pain medication and a pre-operative exam, plus rabies and distemper vaccines.
TNR for Community Cats
It is estimated that over 400,000 cats in Philadelphia are homeless and living on the street behind dumpsters, in alleys, in abandoned buildings.
This problem is not limited to Philadelphia. Cities and towns, large and small, are faced with the over-population of community cats.
We support community cat trappers who Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) these cats.
We sometimes have community cat funding for free TNR and includes the surgery, rabies and distemper vaccines, flea treatment, ear tip, and pain medication. When funding is unavailable, the cost is very reasonable for the same TNR package.
